This was a project I did for college where I explored how a hypothetical fascist country would use propaganda to control their people. The project required me to design everything from posters & branding to paper crowns because I wanted the piece to feel real. I created and wrote 2 newspapers - one that represented the state-ran propaganda machine, telling the people of this country what to think, and the other that showcased an outside view and unbiased view, being an international publication. These newspapers both recount the same event but through 2 very different lenses. The project takes inspiration from propaganda of the past and present, reminding you that this isn't something of the past and is still very relevant today. I even designed a new currency called the Balt (with both a serif and sans serif variant) which you can see in the propaganda newspaper!
This also required me to create branding for a tourism brand of this country's government. I designed a more friendly brand for them as this is what they use to sell the rest of the world on the idea that they aren't actually a fascist state who are falling apart.
Here I was tasked with creating branding for another artist (who specialises in costume). They wanted a complete redesign and so I created this logo. This design focuses on stars (as stars are already an established part of the artist's online brand) and the central focus is on a hand-drawn star, intentionally drawn just how this artist would, adding a layer of authenticity to the design. The thread off to the left follows the shape of the Orion belt and this thread symbolises how they can bring a project together from start to finish.
I created multiple logo variants, such as a variant for use at a smaller scale (shown below) and supporting assets (shown in the business card)
For college, I was tasked with creating the poster that would be used for our class exhibition. This design needed to appeal to everyone who attended the college. I wanted something that was minimal however still unique and intriguing. The piece makes use of hand-made typography, as well as type that was inspired by ransom note typography. The image used is of another students work, and I also used a different students work as the texturing of the design.
I have been told by my teachers that this is "one of the best [exhibition posters] we've had!"
This is a poster I created for college with the intention of using for a cyanotype print (image on the right). This poster is a way of expressing frustrations with adobe products crashing.
I decided to colour and texture the design I created for the cyanotype in photoshop. The textures I used were all created by me. I also made variants designed around the illustrator and indesign colours.
It's a poster for made for artists. The theme is a universal struggle for digital artists throughout the creative world.
This was my final major project for my second year of college. I created a fictional band who had just released their first album, "We Were Never Free". I wanted to show how the design and branding for the music we chose to listen to is just as important as the music itself. I created a CD, and supporting promotional assets for the band, including a font made with linocut. I also used physical collage for the cover arts. I really love making projects that immerse the viewer into the world and make it feel real. This project was intended to appeal to teenagers to early adults, taking inspiration from bands such as Green Day and My Chemical Romance.
This is a small showcase of my editing abilities.

This is branding I created for a design project called Amphe. This started as a rebrand of an old project of mine and was intended as something to help me better understand adobe illustrator. I made this as a tool for other designers and therefore that is who I am trying to appeal to.
Hot Cup is a concept for a coffee shop I created for use within my Minecraft world. This project was an excuse to learn more about logo design and branding and I wanted to create something that would appeal to all. I also wanted it to feel like a small business.
This is a selection of photos I took for my photography project, where I would take photos during my early college starts, documenting a small town during the early hours.
All photos taken and edited by me.
This is branding I did for a musician called Everett. I turned their existing signature that they would use for their branding and turned it into a more suitable design for a logo.
I wanted to preserve the handmade and DIY feel of this, giving the design a more humble and personal feel. As this is a logo for an artist, I didn't want to stray too far from their existing brand, rather just refine it.
This logo also took inspiration from the metalica logo, where I was inspired by the way the M and A on each end flow outwards and attempted this through having the logo head on each end of the type, mirroring it for each side as to keep the balence.
This is a poster I created based around the song (and music video), Ghost Of You by My Chemical Romance. It features stills from the music video, alongside big and bold handmade typography.
This is a poster I created based around the album, Hypochondriac by Brakence. This album is a highly conceptual piece of art and I wanted my poster to reflect that. I created some handmade typography for the type "Bloom 2 Death", a phrase that repeats throughout the album.
This is a poster I created based around the song Uncanny Long Arms by Underscores (featuring Jane Remover). I wanted to create a piece of art that felt at home in the glitchy and experimental sounds found within this song and I achieved this through this pixelated type effect, using a pixelation effect on both the regular type, as well as the hand-rendered type. All textures used were created by me.
